The Plough Arts Centre is an independent theatre, cinema and art gallery in Torrington, North Devon, and is a UK registered charity. Founded in 1975, the Plough Arts Centre (so named after a public house which had occupied the site in the 19th century) spent a brief period merged with the nearby Beaford Centre but regained it's independence in 2002. The Plough stages a wide range of arts events, including film, theatre, music and dance, and also provides for a variety of arts workshops. Tickets can be ordered via the box office and paid for by cash, cheque or credit/debit cards . Tickets can be posted.
The Plough Arts Centre has a bar, a cafe, and is accessible for the disabled.
